This dealership was started in March 2017 and has enjoyed a solid growth trajectory – although, as Dealership Office Manager Humandi Conradie states, “the last few months have required all of us to box a little smarter”.
Dealer Principle and owner, Tony Ciolli, has a long track-record of involvement in the stone quarry business which provides him with a deep knowledge of different types of machines, equipment and trucks necessary to get the job done in tough African conditions.
“It’s exactly the durability, build quality and serviceability that makes FTSeries Trucks, Powerstar Trucks and Shantui equipment such a firm favourite with our customers,” says Conradie. “They last, are easy to repair and have excellent engines – while parts availability across the brands is also a major plus.”
Powerstar N7 prides themselves on the expansion of their service center and field repair capabilities.
“We’re really working hard to ensure we have top specialists looking after each of the brands under the Ever Star Industries umbrella. “With our location next to the N7 it’s easy for clients to reach us and also easy for us to get to clients for field services, service calls and more.”
Powerstar N7 thrives on word of mouth and some of the sales team’s customers following them to N7 – converting to Powerstar and Shantui from other brands.
