We scored a quick interview with Rudi van den Oever, Dealer Principal at Power Commercial, our newest edition to the Ever Star Industries family.
Appointed in April 2022, Power Commercial (Pty) Ltd has been a much-anticipated dealership in Brackenfell, Western Cape. “We have been appointed as a full dealership, offering sales, parts, and services, excluding the Shantui brand,” says van den Oever.
This dealership may still be smelling like fresh paint, however, this by no means, means they are coming into the industry quietly. Making lasting impressions already in the area, van den Oever adds, “although Power Commercial is a new company, a family-run business, in fact, we have been truck people since the early 80s. Over these years we have built a solid customer base. These customer relationships have been based on honesty, integrity, and trust over the years. Many of these relationships were started by our father and passed down to myself, and my brother, Derek van den Oever.” When popping into this dealership, it is clear – you are in safe, reliable hands.
When asked why Power Commercial is the one to call, van den Oever confidently, yet humbly answers, “We are truck people, who over the years, know the truck industry and know the correct vehicle to offer for the application it will be used for.” Powerstar trucks and the FT Series were an obvious choice as “it’s great value for money,” says van den Oever, for dealerships, and customers.
