Randburg Commercial Vehicles is owner-managed and run, priding itself on their after-sales service and levels of expertise across the dealership.
“My partner and I have about fifty years’ experience between us,” says Carl Bouwer. “We both share all key responsibilities across sales, servicing, parts, finance etc – which means that our customers always deal directly with decision makers in our business and we are able to provide a very direct and personal experience.”
The dealership’s key focus area is Gauteng, with the Powerstar FT Series their main sales line from Ever Star Industries’ brands. “We do, however, carry parts and provide servicing across the other Powerstar Truck ranges,” say Bouwer. “Certainly that after-sales care is a big part of what drives our dealership success.”
Randburg Commercial Vehicles opened its doors in 2002, adding the FT Series sales range about a year ago. “It’s going well, we like the product and customers are very happy,” says Bouwer.
“Our experience with other truck manufacturers over the years has helped us formulate a standard of service that we now use in our relationship with Ever Star Industries. The net result is a customer experience that is of a high standard and we look forward to continue working with ESI going forward.”
